Cancellation Policy
The short version
Cancel anytime in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, you won't be charged again, and credits you bought stay yours.
How to cancel
- In the app: go to Settings › Plan & billing and choose Cancel plan. We'll ask why you're leaving; answering is optional.
- In Stripe's billing portal: go to Settings › Plan & billing, choose Manage billing, then cancel there.
- By email: write to support@codeaamy.com from the address on your account, and we'll cancel it for you.
What happens when you cancel
- Your plan and its allowance continue until the end of the current billing month. After that you aren't charged again.
- When the month ends, your account moves to the free Starter allowance. Your projects, drafts, and history stay, and you can subscribe again at any time.
- Credit packs you bought stay in your account and keep working.
- Scheduled posts keep going out while your account has allowance and connected accounts. Delete or unschedule anything you don't want published.
- Changed your mind before the month ends? Choose Keep my plan in Settings › Plan & billing.
Cancelling isn't refunded. See the Refund Policy.
Deleting your data
Cancelling your plan doesn't delete your account or projects.
- A project: delete it in Settings › Danger zone. That also disconnects its social accounts from our posting service.
- Your whole account: email support@codeaamy.com. See the Privacy Policy for what's deleted and when.
- Posts already published on social networks stay there. Delete them on each network if you need to.
Cancelling a scheduled post
You can unschedule, reschedule, or delete a post any time before it goes out, in Scheduled or History. Once a post has been published, it can only be removed on the network itself.
When we cancel
We may cancel or suspend an account that breaks our Terms, or that has unpaid charges after Stripe's retries. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
